Generación y actualización de la documentación utilizada en las líneas de producción para la realización de
operaciones estándar.
● Capacitación del personal operativo para la ejecución de operaciones estándar.
● Seguimiento a corridas de producción de proyectos industriales, tryouts , toma de tiempo ciclo, registro de tiempos
muertos, y tops ofensores de cada línea.
● Implementación de mejoras de proceso (Reducción tiempo ciclo, eficiencia TRP/ OEE, cambios de modelo MUDA
hunting)
● Selección y registro de refacciones en almacén / Creación de cuadernos de carga para compra de maquinaria
industrial básica.
