Job Description

You join the financial management of a recognized and renowned asset manager in the field of ESG, who is looking for a Junior accounting officer, for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Integrate supplier invoices into the invoice processing tracking tool;
* Perform the control of the proper integration of invoices (data consistency, completeness, correct analytical assignment..);
* Ensure the management of the generic mailbox dedicated to the receipt of invoices and requests from all internal departments;
* Accompany the accounting team on the subjects that will be entrusted to you gradually, within the framework of monthly decrees and reports to be sent back to the shareholder.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+2/3 level, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Accounting, Management or Finance.
You have an access for office computer tools.
You have a sense of organization, rigor and reliability.
You are able to work in a team and follow procedures.
You know how to demonstrate discretion and respect for the confidentiality of data.
