ALTERNANCE - Scrum Master Apprentice - IT Backoffice (HR, Finance & Legal) H/F

Level: Information Systems background (knowledge in accounting and in controlling)

Are you passionate about agile methods, IT projects, and the digital transformation of finance? Join us as a Scrum Master Apprentice and support our project teams in a dynamic environment combining ERP, agility, and finance!

💼 What you'll do:
* Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint retros, reviews)
* Track sprint progress and remove team blockers
* Support collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and PO
* Raise awareness on agile practices across teams
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

🧠 What you'll learn:
* Real-world Scrum Master responsibilities
* Agile methodologies in IT & finance contexts
* How an ERP (M3) supports business transformation
* Cross-functional project management and communication

🎯 Profile & Qualifications
* Currently pursuing Master's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Business School, or a related field.
* Strong interest in Agile methodologies, IT projects, and digital transformation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable working in an international environment.
* Fluent in English & French (written and spoken).
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) is appreciated.
* Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
