Une offre d'apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Gestion de Programme d'Évolution des Cadences de Production pour la Famille A320 » vient de s'ouvrir pour la division Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 7 personnes au sein du departement « BSMI - Integrated Programme Planning A320 Family » en charge de la planification intégrée des programmes pour la famille A320.

Cet apprentissage consistera en la planification des cadences de production pour la famille A320, l'analyse des paramètres clés, et le développement d'une grille d'analyse pour évaluer les impacts sur la durabilité et la performance financière.

Cet apprentissage débutera en septembre / octobre 2024 pour une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 an(s).

Tâches et responsabilités:

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes :
* Analyse des principaux drivers & paramètres à prendre en compte dans les études de sensibilité;
* Etablissement des scénarios d'évolution des cadences de production pour la famille A320;
* Développement d'une grille d'analyse / de sensibilité concernant les impacts en terme de durabilité (ex: CO2) et de performance financière,

Compétences & Prérequis :

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC +5 dans le domaine de l'ingénierie ou de l'analyse business pour un apprentissage d'une durée de 1, 2 ou 3 ans.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
* Digital Solutions for Business Analytics
* Systèmes Industriels et/ou Global Supply Chain
* Envie d'apprendre / Curiosité
* Esprit Analytique & Synthétique développé
* Capacité à interagir avec de nombreux métiers et dans un environnement multi-culturel

Compétences linguistiques :

Anglais : Négociation / courant;
Français : Négociation / courant;
Allemand : Est un plus apprécié.

Vous pourrez, selon les offres proposées, être amené(e) à vous déplacer (Europe)

An apprenticeship offer entitled « Apprentice in Production Rate Program Management for the A320 Family (f/m) » has just opened within Commercial Aircraft division at its Blagnac - Wing Campus - Toulouse site.
You will join a team of 7 people within the « BSMI - Integrated Programme Planning A320 Family » department responsible for integrated program planning for the A320 family.

This apprenticeship will involve production rate planning for the A320 family, analysis of key parameters, and the development of an analysis grid to assess sustainability and financial performance impacts.

This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 for a duration of 1 to 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
* Analysis of key drivers & parameters to consider in sensitivity studies;
* Establishment of production rate evolution scenarios for the A320 family;
* Development of an analysis/sensitivity grid concerning impacts in terms of sustainability (e.g., CO2) and financial performance.
Skills & Prerequisites:

You will integrate a BAC +5 level training program in the field of Engineering or Business Analysis for an apprenticeship duration of 1, 2, or 3 years.

You have the following knowledge and skills:
* Digital Solutions for Business Analytics;
* Industrial Systems and/or Global Supply Chain;
* Desire to learn / Curiosity;
* Analytical & Synthetic Thinking;
* Ability to interact with various professions and in a multicultural environment.

Language Skills:

English: Negotiation / fluent;
French: Negotiation / fluent;
German: A plus appreciated.
You may be required to travel (Europe) depending on the offers available.
