Role overview
We are looking for an apprentice with a strong interest in Compensation & Benefits to join our team. You will contribute to the analysis and optimisation of reward policies, including compensation structures, benefits programmes, and related processes. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business needs, support benchmarking activities, and help translate insights into actionable recommendations. You will also work closely with HR and other partners to support the implementation of reward initiatives aligned with our company's strategic objectives.
Your mission
This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and actively contribute to the management and communication around rewards. You'll also play a key role in the daily management of programs that focus on enhancing employee well-being, giving you valuable insight into HR practices.
* Administration of rewards programs: health insurance, loyalty, insurance, total rewards package, equity plans, saving plan, action logement, workcation, etc…
* Take charge of a portfolio of International assignees : handle mobility procedure regarding immigration, removal, draft of letter of assignment, transfer agreement, cost calculation, communication kit.
* Employee services & communication: provide customer service for benefits-related issues and questions, conduct presentations, enrollments, communication kit and educational sessions.
* Benchmark : market surveys and competitors' analysis
* Preparation of analytics : reports, statistics, follow-up of costs, databases, quality surveys
Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer proficiency.
