Your mission
* Trends spotting to identify new consumer needs
* Build the home and scent category fundamentals and brand knowledge
* Analyse the market data
* Development of marketing presentations
* Create compelling visuals and moodboards to support both proactives and client projects
* Supporting the marketing team

You bring
* Marketing or Business degree, MBA profile
* Ideally a first experience in home care, beauty care and/or Fragrances
* Marketing acumen and data-driven
* Project management: Excellent organisational, time-management, multi-tasking, problem-solving and follow-up skills with attention to detail
* Comfortable to work in pluri-disciplinary, cross functional & global teams
* Good communication skills
* Creativity and proactivity
* Initiative-taking, dynamism and curiosity
* Master Pack office (Excel, PPT, Word)
* Fluency in English
