Für unseren Standort in Großbeeren suchen wir zum 01.08.2026 einen Auszubildenden für Digitalisierungsmanagement (m/w/d)

Deine lerninhalte während der Ausbildung:

* Einsatz im Warehouse-Managementsystem Team, vorrangig im Change-Management.

* Prozesse vereinheitlichen und digitalisieren.

* Kommunikation zu Stakeholdern.

* Prozessdarstellungen lesen und erstellen.

* Digitale Lösungen finden & Digitalisierungsprojekte umsetzen.

* Datenanalyse und- verwaltung.

Das wünschen wir uns:

* Guter Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Abitur.

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Zertifikat).

* Kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse.

* Strukturiertheit, Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft.

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten & Technikaffinität.
