Job Description:

As a Kitchen Apprentice - Merdeka Grill, you will be responsible for supporting the daily kitchen operations while delivering excellent and consistent service to guests. You will assist the culinary team in food preparation, mise en place, and maintaining cleanliness within the kitchen. This role contributes to the overall success of the outlet by ensuring adherence to hotel standards, food quality requirements, and financial objectives

Candidate Requirements:

* Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open to Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
* Ideally with an apprenticeship or professional diploma in Culinary Education.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the kitchen and service teams
