该岗位是公司人才储备与发展计划的一部分，通常会为员工提供跨区域轮岗锻炼的机会。
项目将为Haleon 培养兼具销售实战能力与管理潜质的复合型年轻人才。在为期三年的项目中，你将在销售相关的不同部门经历多个具有挑战性的工作岗位，通过积累在营养健康、非处方药和口腔健康产品领域的销售经验，迅速成长为大健康和快消双领域的新生力量。
工作职责：
1、在零售、 医院、O2O和渠道营销等部门，完成一线销售、客户管理和销售支持等工作；
2、以消费者与客户需求为核心驱动推出创新健康解决方案，同时推动业务的增长；
3、持续发展和客户的合作伙伴关系，扩大公司和产品的市场影响力；
4、通过对渠道市场、客户和消费者的了解，建立所负责区域的销售策略并予以实施
