Ready to push the boundaries of what is known today? We are looking for visionary pioneers with a PhD and an absolute drive to invent the technological future of Bosch in our Junior Managers Program. If you have a deep passion for fundamental research, think strategically, and want to shape the future as a leader in corporate research, we want to hear from you.
Over an intensive journey of up to 18 months, you will rotate through the key areas of our global research and development organization. Your mission: as a catalyst, identify and develop new technologies and business opportunities that secure Bosch's long-term innovative strength and competitiveness.
You will lead highly innovative projects from concept to prototype, receive guidance from leading researchers and top executives, and gain practical experience with technologies that will shape our world of tomorrow.
What you will learn and develop with us:

* As a pioneer, you will shape the foundation for Bosch's future core technologies, whether it is the next generation of AI systems or the development of novel cloud architectures.
* You will collaborate with top international researchers in our global research centers to solve the technological challenges of the future, working alongside your personal top-management mentor to purposefully prepare you for your future role as a leader at Bosch.
Your academic foundation:
An excellent PhD in one of the following fields: Information/Cyber Security, System Design/Cloud Architecture, Data Management, Software/Quantum Computing, AI/Data Science, Machine Learning/Deep Learning, Distributed Systems, Power Electronics, or Semiconductors

Candidate Requirements:

You are naturally curious, think beyond the obvious, and are passionate about solving complex technological challenges. You have already gathered initial industry experience, e.g., through relevant internships.
Your eye for the bigger picture:
You find it fascinating how scientific insights transform into disruptive innovations for a global enterprise, and you are motivated to link your research findings with Bosch's strategic goals.
Your understanding of human-centric leadership:
You live by the conviction that breakthrough research is created in teams. Utilizing emotional intelligence and empathy, you foster a creative environment where you inspire others with your ideas and achieve outstanding results together.
You think strategically and shape the future:
You identify technology trends early on, derive a clear vision for new research areas as a leader, and develop the roadmap that takes us there. You possess profound knowledge of relevant programming languages and tools such as Java, C++, Python, Matlab, MLOps, or cloud systems.
Your continuous development:
You view research as a continuous learning process and bring a growth mindset to constantly develop yourself and your topics in a highly dynamic environment.
Your language proficiency:
