Scope and Purpose

SLAM - Intesa Sanpaolo's International Graduate Program, now in its 3rd edition - is a highly educational and professional journey dedicated to outstanding recent graduates with a Master's degree across any academic discipline.
Joining the Program with an open-ended contract, you will be empowered through individually tailored rotations across global key areas of the Group, to broaden your professional perspective and expertise.
You will benefit from an exclusive learning path developed with a leading international Business School, designed to strengthen your skills and proficiencies.
Throughout the 24-month journey, you will be supported by a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance and knowledge to help you grow and develop as professional.

Eligibility criteria

* Master's Degree or a Bachelor's degree plus a postgraduate qualification, in any discipline, after January 2024;
* High-level final grade;
* English fluency (minimum B2 level according to CEFR);
* Availability from July 1st 2026.
