A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Engineering Trainee, you will gain practical exposure to engineering activities in a manufacturing environment while learning from experienced professionals. Your day may include supporting technical documentation, reviewing drawings and process information, collecting and analysing data, following up on improvement actions, and collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams. This is an entry-level development opportunity, so previous professional experience is not required.

How You'll Make an Impact

* Support engineers with the preparation, review, and organisation of technical documents, drawings, reports, and process information.

* Assist in collecting, validating, and analysing engineering and manufacturing data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

* Participate in process reviews, shop-floor activities, tests, and technical follow-up under the guidance of experienced team members.

* Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions to support engineering activities and project deliverables.

* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, cost, and process reliability.

What You Bring

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

* No previous professional experience is required; academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities are welcome but not mandatory.

* Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, technical drawings, data analysis, or problem-solving methods gained through academic studies.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with CAD, simulation, programming, or data visualisation tools is welcome but not required.

* English communication skills and willingness to continue developing them in a professional environment.

* Curiosity, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, initiative, and eagerness to learn in a manufacturing setting.

About the Team

You will join a collaborative Engineering team that works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functions to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. The team will provide guidance and hands-on learning opportunities so you can build a strong foundation in engineering processes, technical problem-solving, project support, and continuous improvement.
