7UP Marketing Graduate

Your mission:

Reporting to the brand manager, the objective of this role is to support in the day to day management of the brand in a wide set of tasks that go from taking 7UP image to the POS, to supporting the launch of innovation, keeping other departments aligned or managing the relationship with several agencies.
Responsibilities

Your day to day with us:
* Collaborate on innovation development.
* Land 7UP image into Point of Sales.
* Manage overall scope, direction and terms of agencies relationship (includes agency selection and assignment to appropriate projects, defining roles, responsibilities and
deliverables), ensuring alignment around the strategy, next steps and giving feedback and evaluation.
* Co-ordinate internal and external contributors to projects under responsibility with required overall system alignment, to ensure that the projects occur and in the established timing. (Legal, Corporate, Consumer Insights, Finance, etc).
* Keep tracking of key business indicators: sales tracking, marketing information, scorecard, consumer research, etc).
* Budget Control: Oversee and manage project budgets, assess allocated funds, and ensure resources are used efficiently.
* Operating in a very dynamic context, new projects and tasks will constantly appear. High flexibility and thick skin to take in new projects is needed in this role
Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?
* University degree (Bachelor in Business preferred)
* No previous experience needed - good learning skills a must!
* Good analytical skills with a high inclination to execution & make things happen.
* Good sensitivity on Gen Z mindset, preferences and attitude towards life (and soft drinks).
* Proactive with a "can do" attitude.
* Advanced level in English and Spanish.
* Advanced PC user (excel, power point).
* Good balance between creativity and analysis.
* Good Presentation and communication skills.
