Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in daily operations in departments such as Production, Planning, Quality, or HR;
2. Participate in on-site process learning and improvement activities;
3. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:
1. Expected to graduate in 2026, bachelor's degree or above, major no limited;
2. Internship experience in manufacturing is preferred;
3. Proficiency in Chinese or fluent English is preferred;
4. Down-to-earth, eager to learn, and willing to start from the grassroots level
