Job Description:

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
* New graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship/work experience; experience in sales operations, reporting or retail is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and data.
* Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP or sales reporting tools is a plus.
* Good written and spoken English.
* Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage recurring deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
* Collaborative, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, consolidate and upload daily, weekly and monthly sales and stock reports from key retailers and pharmacy channels.
* Prepare sell-in, sell-out, stock, target achievement and productivity analyses for Commercial teams and management.
* Support monthly and quarterly commission, bonus and dealer incentive calculations, coordinating inputs with Finance, Accounting and Payroll.
* Maintain accurate customer, employee and product data in sales systems, including new launches and discontinued products.
* Monitor stock levels, zero-stock items and sales performance, sharing timely updates with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Brand teams.
* Support monthly target communication and prepare presentations or ad hoc analyses based on business needs.
* Assist with operational processes such as purchase orders, finance-approved forms, tester requests and contract documentation.
* Take meeting notes, follow up on agreed actions and support effective coordination across regional sales and cross-functional teams.

Short Description

The Commercial Sales Excellence Management Trainee supports Commercial and Pharmacy channels through sales reporting, performance analysis, system updates and daily coordination with cross-functional teams
