Equity Trading & Structuring is responsible for market making of Austrian and Eastern European stocks on different exchanges. The team also develops innovative investment solutions like structured products or certificates for all clients of Erste Group Bank AG and provides a market for these products. Your Tasks
* Learn about equity trading by working closely with our experienced traders.
* Gain insights into electronic trading, data analysis, and algorithmic trading.
* Enhance your IT skills by analyzing market and alternative data using various programming languages.
* Become a valued member of our team, where your ideas for improvement are always welcome and encouraged.

Your Background
* Ongoing studies at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in Data Science or a quantitative focus
* You are genuinely curious about securities trading
* You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and actively support your colleagues in applying data science and alternative data
* You are accountable, responsible & highly motivated to acquire and share practical skills
* You are fluent in Englisch (both written and spoken)

Our Offer
* Exciting and challenging internship for either 12 months part-time (19.25h/week) or 6 months full-time (38.5h/week) starting between January and March 2026
