We're looking for talented interns to join our People & Transformation team within our Management Consulting department during the academic year 2025-2026.

Your impact
* Support the People & Transformation team in their daily activities and projects (for example, analysing data, preparing materials for events and workshops, producing communication assets, conducting market research, etc.).
* Discover a wide variety of people topics, including:
* Change Management and its related business outcomes.
* ESG strategies, including Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.
* Leadership services, including assessments and development centres.
* Organisational Culture.
* HR transformation, and its impact on people and organisations.
* Workforce Strategy, including organisational design, upskilling, employee experience, …
* Work on challenging and rewarding internal projects (for example, writing thought leaderships, conducting inspirational workshops for the team in your area of interest, …).
* Explore the current business trends and help build the future of work.
* Proactively develop yourself while having what you need at hand to grow into the people's side of the business.

About you
* Master's degree in business engineering, business administration, organisational psychology, communication or any other relevant field linking people to business
* Analytical mind and lots of creativity
* Able to adapt to your audience easily
* Proactive, client-oriented mindset
* Ability to process and derive insights from large amounts of data, using the appropriate tools
* Ability to transform challenges into opportunities
* Excellent communication skills
* Eager to learn
* Fluent in English and either Dutch or French; working knowledge of the other
