What your role looks like behind the scenes
As a Duty Management Trainee, you will:
* Assist the Duty Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations across multiple departments.
* Walk the hotel floors to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are met at all times.
* Support Front Office teams during busy moments, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
* Help resolve guest requests and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
* Ensure VIP arrivals are handled smoothly and follow up on guest satisfaction.
* Assist in preparing handovers, reports, and updates for the next shift or management team.
* Support the Duty Manager in addressing unexpected operational challenges.
