First Gen: Field Excecution OT & AFH BE Intern

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES Support Field Execution: Prepare practical selling tools, one-pagers and communication materials for our field teams. Support AFH & Retail Activities: Help coordinate promotions, activations and operational field requests across both channels. Track Execution & NPDs: Monitor new product launches, assortment and planogram compliance, and in-store execution. Turn Data into Insights: Analyze field data, reports and store pictures to identify execution gaps and opportunities. Support Shopper Activations: Work with Shopper Marketing and Sales to translate activation plans into effective field execution & one pagers/selling document. Reporting & Ad-hoc Projects: Support field performance updates, presentations and commercial analyses. Candidate Requirements:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related field. Strong interest in Sales, Shopper Marketing, Retail and FMCG. Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership. Comfortable working with deadlines and with a strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset and comfortable working with data. Able to turn information and analysis into clear, practical business outputs. Strong communication skills and comfortable working cross-functionally. Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent in Dutch/French and English, both written and spoken.
