As an intern, you will be part of our Inside Sales Team for both brands, Bosch and Buderus. As a small team, we seek to be the bridge between our external sales teams and internal departments, with the aim of optimizing sales processes and supporting external colleagues to both grow business and satisfy customers (mainly B2B).
Your task will be helping to realize this by participating and taking responsibilities in various sales projects (f.ex. partner loyalty programs), by following up on sales data and by supporting sales in using online tools:
* Following up on the performance of our Lead Tool by analyzing data from our users and take necessary steps to optimize this performance.
* Analyzing customer feedback (both B2B and B2C) and reporting it within the team.
* Contacting customers and colleagues (mainly via email) to support them in using our Portal and online tools.
* Supporting the active follow-up of some loyalty programes (B2B) within the sales teams.
Supporting the Inside Sales in internal and external communication about sales actions, loyalty programes, technical data, etc
Candidate Requirements:
Qualifications
* You are currently a student in Communication, Project Management or Business.
* You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in working with MS Office, especially Excel. You are not afraid of using sales dashboards and analyzing data.
* You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team. Furthermore you are very well organized and you can work independently on a deadline.
* A very good knowledge of English and Dutch or French are mandatory.
