Professional and well-groomed appearance

Warm welcome and handling of guest requests with team support

Anticipating guest needs and providing attentive service

Professional handling of calls and messages

Close collaboration with other departments (Banqueting, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, etc.)

Administrative support to the Groups & Events Supervisors

Input of groups and rooming lists in the reservation system

Allocation of loyalty points for groups and events

Preparation of event signage (door cards, buffet labels, menus, etc.)

Occasional support to banquet operations
