How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Responsável por oferecer suporte administrativo e operacional ao departamento, atuando diretamente no auxílio das rotinas funcionais e na organização de documentos.
* Apoiar desde a contratação de serviços até a compra de produtos diretos e indiretos.
* Elaborar escopos básicos para contratações, detalhando informações do processo, regras de pagamento e carga horária.
* Realizar o acompanhamento do saldo de contratos de serviço, antecipando processos de renovação ou novas compras junto à área de Suprimentos.
* Manter comunicação ativa com fornecedores para cotações, esclarecimento de dúvidas e negociações básicas.
* Auxiliar na revisão de políticas internas e documentação técnica do departamento.

* Perfil organizado e proativo para lidar com suporte a múltiplas unidades.
* Experiência nas atividades administrativas correlatas.
