About this opportunity
We are looking for a Student to provide a high level of administrative and technical support to managers, unit leadership teams and, where applicable, other unit members. This role will work closely with the IT and logistics teams to develop tools and improvements that increase efficiency in our transport and logistics processes. It is a hands-on internship with exposure to software development for logistics, process documentation, and team training.
What you will do
* Provide administrative and technical support to managers and unit leadership teams in the logistics area.
* Develop macros (Excel) and simple software tools to support logistics operations.
* Help improve and test existing transport software and suggest enhancements.
* Document processes and create user guides for new tools and procedures.
* Deliver or support team training when new processes or tools are introduced.
* Support routine data analysis and reporting to help drive operational decisions.
* Support Power BI implementations by helping prepare and validate data, building or updating dashboards, and collaborating with the team to translate business needs into actionable reports
What you will bring
* Currently enrolled in a degree in Administration, IT, Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
* Advanced level of English.
* Availability to work onsite in São José dos Campos, 3 times per week.
* Solid knowledge of Excel
* Knowledge in Power BI
* Good communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
