Your role

Do you have experience in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), data management, projects, business control and governance for Wealth Management? We're looking for an Intern of Business Manager of GWM Brazil Platform who will:

* coordination of indication/acceptance and approvals of international events;
* coordination of indication/acceptance and approvals of local events;
* performs activities to track RMs performance, creating procedures and processes for the business development.
* aligns projects, ensures efficient use of technology.
* collaborates with internal stakeholders, product group experts, and bankers.
* coordination of and contribution to the development of a business strategy and business plan for Brazil WM

Your team

You'll be working as part of the Business Management Team who provides business-related services and support to GWM Brazil Platform leadership which can either be of administrative, logistical, analytical, or quality control nature with emphasis on ensuring smooth day to day business operation and the implementation and development of business-wide action plans and key initiatives. As an analyst within this team, you'll play a vital role in making sure we keep track of essential metrics to our team and the entire business.

Your expertise

* students of Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas with graduation date on dec/27 or after
* availability to work 30h per week in São Paulo
* ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
* ideally fluent in Portuguese (writing, listening and speaking)
* solid Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
* organized and able to work with autonomy
* good communication and presentation skills (Portuguese and English)
* strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
