Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
We are looking for an organized, analytical, and proactive Marketing Intern to support our B2B Marketing team at our Brazil - São Paulo Office, with a focus on marketing operations, demand generation, and sales funnel management. This role offers direct exposure to marketing operations, events, and collaboration with the Sales team, contributing to data quality and lead management throughout the customer journey.
Main activities include:
· Support the Marketing team's administrative processes.
· Track leads generated through campaigns, events, and webinars.
· Monitor the lead lifecycle, ensuring proper follow-up across the involved teams.
· Update tracking reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
· Maintain marketing databases and support data quality across marketing tools.
· Assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns.
· Support the preparation of reports and performance analyses.
· Assist in the planning and execution of both virtual and in-person events.
· Ensure compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and operational controls.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) - daily communication will be conducted in English.
· Intermediate Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filters, formulas, and data organization).
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
· Knowledge of CRM platforms is a plus.
· Strong organizational skills and discipline.
· Sense of ownership and accountability.
· Curiosity to understand marketing and sales processes.
· Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
· Analytical mindset.
· Strong prioritization and time management skills.
