Role Responsibilities

* Customer General Management: be the sales representative for selected e-commerce customers, aligning on order management (sell in to customer), eCustomer sales (sell out), execution, data management and overall sales relationship (similar to a key account manager). Align on promotional calendar and report its main results
* Execution: ensure best-in-class product execution across Brazilian eRetailers via good relationship with partners and thorough platform monitoring (images, product titles, descriptions, ratings and reviews, …)
* Prints: monitor Suntory Global Spirits and its competitors' execution and promotional activities across e-commerce platforms
* Reports: assist on creating and building data lake and general reports for local management (e.g. Sell In Report, Monthly Sales Reports, DOH, QBRs); register all online activations across eRetailer platforms (apps, website, mobile)
* New customer onboarding: lead new customers onboarding process (required documents, contracts, follow-up within internal stakeholders and customers). Constantly propose new ideas in order to foster the business and create long-lasting relationships and partnerships
* Order management: organize, input and manage order deliveries to e-commerce customers (sell in, order delivery schedule)
* Payments: organize all eRetailers payments and budget control on a monthly basis (TA and BI investments)

Qualifications

* Major: preferably an Engineering, Economics or Business Administration major
* Intern must graduate within the next 12 to 24 months
* Fluent English
* Full MS Office package (mainly Word, Excel, and Power Point)
* Hands On and "run the extra mile" mentalit
