Job Purpose
GSK is looking to hire a Marketing Summer Student to join our Respiratory Biologics Marketing Team. This is a hybrid role is based out of the Mississauga office, requiring in-office presence 2-3 days per week, and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global biopharma organization.
As a Marketing Summer Student, you will contribute to real-world marketing projects while gaining exposure to strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will support brand marketing initiatives across GSK's respiratory biologics portfolio and work closely with cross-functional partners to help drive healthcare professional (HCP) awareness and engagement.

Details (Your Responsibilities)
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:
* Support the brand team in the development and execution of marketing materials to drive HCP awareness and engagement
* Monitor marketing campaign performance and provide insights to help optimize future initiatives
* Assist with planning and preparation for HCP conferences and events
* Help streamline internal team libraries and forums to improve cross-functional collaboration and visibility
* Support customer excellence initiatives through the development of training materials and communications for the sales team
* Assist with managing logistics for key cross-functional internal meetings
* Support day-to-day administrative activities, including submitting purchase orders, managing content labs, and coordinating with translation teams

* Previous internship, co-op, or project experience in marketing, healthcare, or life sciences
* Experience working with marketing analytics, campaign reporting, or performance tracking tools
* Strong interest in respiratory disease areas or biologics

In compliance with Ontario's provincial pay transparency legislation in Canada, this job posting includes a salary range to support equitable and informed hiring practices. The annual pay rate for new hires in this position ranges from CAD$31,980 to CAD$79,950 taking into account a number of factors including work location within the Canadian market, education level (e.g., Undergrad / Masters / MBA etc.) and based on the experience required for the role.
