This opportunity is a 12-month contract position with an estimated end date of April 2027, open to individuals who have graduated from University within one year. Please note that contract roles do not include additional monetary benefits or health care coverage.
This role offers $38,000.00 per year + 4% vacation paid bi-weekly.
Hybrid
We offer a hybrid work model designed to give you the best of both worlds, flexibility and meaningful in-person connection. You'll spend three days a week with us at our Corby Office (225 King St. W., Toronto) where you can collaborate, learn, and feel part of a supportive community, while still enjoying the freedom to work remotely on other days.
If you're not currently within commuting distance, we welcome applicants who are open to relocating and joining our team here in Toronto.
Job Summary

What you'll do
* Coordinate execution of retail and in-store marketing materials, ensuring brand presence is delivered accurately and on time across key channels.
* Support integrated marketing campaigns by contributing to advertising, promotions, public relations, and experiential initiatives from planning through execution.
* Manage and maintain brand assets, listings, and submissions, ensuring information is current, compliant, and accessible to stakeholders.
* Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking to support accurate and timely financial management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Digital, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to deliver brand initiatives and projects.
* Contribute to digital marketing efforts by supporting content, online brand presence, and consumer engagement initiatives.
* Analyze market, consumer, and campaign data to identify insights and recommend opportunities that support brand growth and performance.

What you bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, completed within the past 12 months.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
