YOUR MISSION

Proyecto Personal: Crear y dirigir canal de intercambio de información y comunicación para el área de Brand con las distintas áreas de las empresa a través de Sharepoint.
Tareas:
- Soporte comunicacional y de alineación de las distintas iniciativas entre las áreas Brand y Comercial.
- Desarrollar y mantener los distintos sitios dentro de Sharepoint para las áreas de comercial y Brand regionales con la documentación e información necesaria.
- Organizar el cronograma, materiales de reuniones y acciones pendientes para los distintos proyectos.
- Coordinar los proyectos entre áreas para asegurarse que los distintos stakeholders se mantengan informados.
- Dar soporte al equipo regional con la coordinación de reuniones, calendarios y planificación comunicacional.

Manejo de Office avanzado (sharepoint, excel, outlook)
