Job Description:
Drive the Future internship program in Chile if you are a recently graduated student without job experience. This is a full-time intern role in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. In this opportunity the Trade Lifecycle is looking for a new team member, based in Santiago.
The role is responsible for the daily processing of transactions, settlement confirmation, document processing and chasing of their needed due diligence within the specified timelines and generation of regulatory reports. You will work closely with the other operations team to ensure the correct E2E of all trades, as well as the business, other LOBs and external counterparties for the proper coordination and delivery of all the needed tasks.
Responsibilities include:
* Tracking of settlement according to the business needs.
* Generation and validation of regulatory reports to the CMF and other entities.
* Active participation in projects to improve the operations flow as well as industry changes.
* Implementation of Innovation through tech tools oriented to users.
Qualifications include:
* Graduated student of Commercial Engineering, Finance, Business.
* Be able to work 100% from on site, no remote working capabilities are available for the position.
* Full-time availability
* Be proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, specially Excel. Knowledge of other tech platforms and coding is a plus.
* Good oral and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Must be a team player and detail-oriented.
