Job Description:

This application is for a 6-month to 1-year student role.
Working hours: is required 3 days a week.

Job Description
* 合同的整理和归集；Collect and file contract hardcopies
* 按要求维护合同主文档；Maintain contract master file
* 将已签订的合同按要求上传至合同管理系统；Upload existing contracts to contract management system.

Qualifications
* 本科或研究生；full-time undergraduate or above
* 工作认真细致；Demonstrated ability to work carefully and meticulously
* 良好的沟通协调能力；Strong ability for communication and coordination
* 熟练使用常用办公软件；Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
