Deutsche Bank's Investment Banking & Capital Markets (IBCM) is the central division within its Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), focusing on strategic advisory, financing, and capital-raising solutions for corporations, financial institutions, sovereigns, and sponsors worldwide. IBCM China team aims to strengthen its position as a leading European investment bank with strong connectivity between Europe, the Americas, and intra Asia.

Your key responsibilities and required skills
* Look for candidate with strong interest and passion in IBCM (especially focusing on cross border financing via structured loan and DCM products). Punctual, accountable, able to work well in a team and have a flexible and can-do attitude
* Daily tasks involve credit/industry analysis, information collection, modeling, assistance to financing deals in the process of screening, pitching, internal approval and closing/syndication
* Assist team member in ad-hoc projects, fact finding, market research, documentation, transaction process and execution and etc.
* Fluent in English and Chinese, in reading, writing and speaking
* Require commitment to work min 4 days a week with full attendance, and able to stay focused
* Candidates in non-graduating year and with financing/banking related experience will be preferred
