Job Description:

1-Operational Interest：Familiar with operational domains (e.g., merchandise, community, content), including end-to-end workflows and functional responsibilities across each area. 2-Growth & Marketing: Analyze consumer and product trends to develop marketing strategies that drive order growth and execution. 3-Supply Chain & Procurement: Manage sourcing models (1P/3P), optimize procurement workflows, and balance cost control with margin growth. 4-Consumer Insights: Analyze how product attributes influence user behavior to optimize the decision-making journey and uncover growth opportunities. 5-Data-Driven Operations: Use data analytics to guide front-end operations and collaborate with merchants to drive mutual growth. Special Note: This position is part of the company's Southeast Asia Talent Development Initiative. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. Candidate Requirements:

Proficiency in at least one Southeast Asian language (e.g., Indonesian, Thai, Malay, Vietnamese, or Filipino) is required. 1-Analytical Thinking: Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills; ability to navigate complexity with a global perspective. 2-Technical Proficiency: Expert in MS Office (Excel, PPT); proficient in creative suites including AE, PS, AI, and PR. 3-Communication & Aesthetics: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong aesthetic sense with a talent for high-tempo video editing/storyboarding. 4-Professionalism & Drive: High integrity, proactive, and detail-oriented; strong execution skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges and push projects forward
