Job Description:

1. Build and refine the logic that powers surge activation-across restaurant-level, zone-level, and event-based triggers.​2. Collaborate with product and BI to define surge eligibility rules, thresholds, and automation opportunities.​3. Monitor system performance to evaluate if surge logic is correctly balancing cost, availability, and service quality.​4. Identify edge cases and problem patterns across markets (e.g. rainy days, local festivals) and work on systematic response models.​5. Benchmark industry practices and propose improvements to current surge framework.​6. Liaise with regional and city leads to gather operational feedback and translate that into product requirements.​7. Document SOPs and build dashboards/tools that track surge effectiveness and fleet responsiveness over time

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven track record of designing or optimizing operational frameworks-not just running them.​2. Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; and comfort with data dashboards, basic product flows.​3. Can synthesize on-ground feedback into scalable SOPs and product recommendations
