Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring accurate datacollection and timely updates

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

* Prepare and maintain billing reports, ensuring accurate datacollection and timely updates
* Perform invoice verification and reconciliation, checkingdiscrepancies and coordinating with vendors when necessary
* Assist in creating basic reports and data analysis to supportlogistics and customs operations
* Support the setup and maintenance of transportation routes in thesystem, ensuring data accuracy and smooth execution
* Monitor shipment status through track and trace report, proactivelyfollowing up on delays and providing updates

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Master or Bachelor degree
* Proficient in written and reading English; able to prepare and maintain daily reports in English accurately and clearly
* CET-4/6, IELTS, or equivalent certification is a plus
* Familiar with Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, dataorganization)
* Ability to compile, update, and analyze routine logistics reports
* Strong sense of responsibility with high accuracy in data handling and reporting
* Good communication skills, able to coordinate with internal teams and support basic English communication when necessary.
