WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

'-No limitation of your major of study, business/data/technology related degrees are preferable.
-Proficient in strategic planning and exceptional time management skills.
-A quick learner with logic thinking by proven high GPA is a plus.
-Fluent in both written & spoken English.
-Outstanding documentation skills: comfortable working in office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel & Word
-Good coordination & communication skills: could and is willing to understand, communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders;
-Relevant Internship experience within an international company or leadership experience at student union is preferable.
-Experience in conducting workshops and/or community operations is a plus.
-Existing working experience with digital tools such as JIRA, Confluence, is a plus.

'-You will work with our Digital Project Leaders, support in their daily project work and learn from them how to effectively manage projects of various size.
-You will help coordinate and talk to our global & local project teams and stakeholders in both China and Europe.
-Support of maintaining our Digital Roadmap for China and organizing big events such as Roadmap Planning Workshop.
-You will support the digital transformation of the organization and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within IKEA China.

With our Portfolio expertise we manage digital roadmap for IKEA China to achieve business values by working together with stakeholders. With our Deployment expertise we lead and rollout country local & global digital products to secure operational excellence in different departments in IKEA China
