WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas, data cleaning techniques).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and documents simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:
Process Support:
- Document data processes and workflows to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and provide analytical support for projects.
- Suggest improvements for data collection and organization methods.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle
- Create and update regular reports and dashboards to track key customer metrics (KPIs).
- Perform basic data analysis tasks such as filtering, sorting, pivot tables, and creating charts/graphs to visualize findings.
- Support the team with ad-hoc data extraction and analysis requests.

Data Management & Organization:
- Clean, organize, and maintain customer data sets in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and databases.
- Assist in the development and management of a structured document repository for data reports, dashboards, and analysis summaries.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across different customer data sources and documents.
