WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

1.Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field is preferred. Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week .Internship should last for more than 3 months;
2.Bilingual with both English and Mandarin. Need to adapt to the English working environment;
3.Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
4.Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
Adaptable, open-minded

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Facilitate workshops including user interview, requirement grooming, user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems, also help to ensure smooth product delivery.
2.Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
3.Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
4.Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)
