Responsibilities
Sales Efficiency
Reporting & Dashboard Management
* Support the production, automation, and optimization of various dashboards and reports that track commercial performance, client activity, travel schedules, incentives, and strategic initiatives.
Data Analysis & Insights
* Conduct data extractions and analytical studies to support sales strategy, and client programs assessments.
Sales Support & Process Monitoring
* Assist sales teams with ad-hoc data requests, pipeline updates, action plan follow-ups.
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in sales-related processes across markets.
Tool & Knowledge Enhancement
* Contribute to the development and refinement of internal platforms, including client and sales intelligence tools.
* Participate in efforts to improve usability and data quality.
Operational Coordination & Ad-hoc Initiatives
* Support cross-functional initiatives, meeting preparations, and internal coordination efforts.
* Participate in process improvement discussions and contribute to special projects as needed.
Client Prioritization and Continuity
Prioritization
* Coordinate the preparation of Business Approval Committee (BAC) materials for new client onboarding.
* Ensure adherence to onboarding golden rules.
* Monitor the onboarding quotas per Business Lines.
* Keep management regularly informed of onboarding progress.
* Assist in tracking and analysing revenue performance following client onboarding.
Continuity
* Monitor KYC review progress through dashboards and proactively address alerts to ensure timely resolution.
* Safeguard client and business, regardless of the client's regional affiliation.
* Minimize delays in document collection and reduce the incidence of late submissions.
* Provide early warnings to Sales regarding potential impacts ahead of the Final Due Diligence (FDD).
* Autonomy in FDD handling while maintaining a strong focus on client protection.
* Prioritize identification and closure of accounts before chasing to complete the KYC reviews.
* Contribute ideas to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the KYC Review campaign.
* Conduct regular reviews and clean-up of the Financial Service Provider register to maintain data accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Coordinate the FATCA form collection process.

* Collaboration: Strong team spirit and a collective mindset, with a willingness to support and learn from others.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of VBA. Familiarity with Power BI or other digital visualization tools is preferred; additional programming languages are a plus.
* Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

MARK/BMO teams aim at helping MARK's development and at the same time preventing operational risks
The Sales Business Management Office focuses on building, managing & optimizing all sales processes from pre-trade and post-trade. It ensures the best service is offered to MARK clients by monitoring, reviewing and transforming existing processes. It also provides the Sales management with relevant tools and indicators to ensure the efficiency of the commercial set-up.
