Candidate Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
* Front Desk: Assist in handling guest check - in and check - out procedures, answer guest inquiries, and handle simple complaints.
* Concierge: Provide luggage storage and handling services for guests, arrange transportation, and introduce information about surrounding attractions.
* Guest services: Transfer calls promptly and accurately, and offer various information inquiry services to guests.
* Job Requirements
* Have a passion for the hotel industry, possess good service awareness and communication skills.
* Be able to adapt to a fast - paced work environment and have strong problem - solving abilities.
* Have basic English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Previous hotel internship experience is a plus.
* The minimum internship duration is six months
