Communications Intern

Job Description:

Introduction to the job
Support China Communications' daily work, including external and internal comms.

Role and responsibilities
* Support in event organization, both online and offline activities, e.g. All Employee Meeting, China Leadership Meeting, Annual Dinner, etc.
* Prepare the materials for ASML China internal communications: draft content, design mailing, translation from English to Chinese and vice versa.
* ASML leaders' video shooting and production support.
* Desk research under given topics.
* Participate in daily communications and support communications administration.
* Other jobs assigned by line manager

Education and experience
* Year 3/4 undergraduate student and postgraduate student.
* Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent in translation and writing.
Skills
* Experienced in Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and etc.
* Layout design, photography and video editing is preferred.
* Proficiency in using AI tools is a strong plus.

Other information
Internship will be more than 6 months. Available least 3 days a week.
