Internal Communication Intern

Job Description:

This internship is a great opportunity for someone passionate about communication, design, storytelling, and AI-driven content creation to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, strong visual creativity, and the ability to support engaging internal communication campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Internal Communications team in planning and executing communication campaigns and employee engagement initiatives.

* Create visually appealing communication materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.

* Assist in developing newsletters, presentations, announcements, intranet content, and internal branding assets.

* Support content creation using AI-powered tools for communication, design, and productivity enhancement.

* Coordinate and manage communication calendars and support internal events and activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.

* Assist in video editing, creative storytelling, and digital content development when needed.

* Support photography, content coverage, and employee engagement activities during internal events.

* Contribute creative ideas to enhance employee experience and internal communication effectiveness.

Qualifications

* Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Design, or any related field.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Strong creativity and eye for design and branding.

* Proficiency in Canva; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.

* Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and productivity enhancement.

* Basic video editing skills.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
