Program Overview
The Winter Internship Program at PepsiCo provides students with the opportunity to work on live digital projects across diverse verticals, this program is designed to give students real-world exposure to helping them develop critical skills and laying the foundation for future careers at PepsiCo.
Responsibilities
* Conduct regular market visits to monitor in-store execution and product visibility vs competition.
* Observe and analyze market developments and trends, identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
* Support in planning and tracking customer promotions and activations, ensuring proper execution and post-evaluation.
* Assist in analyzing financials, payments, and customer P&Ls to enhance commercial understanding and support decision-making.
* Perform ongoing analysis of pack performance across MT outlets to provide actionable insights.
* Enhance Point of Sale (POS) visibility in strategic and high-volume MT outlets to strengthen brand presence.
* Contribute to MT data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of market and customer data.
