The goal is to enhance the robustness of prospective analyses and risk management strategies by leveraging advanced statistical tools. The intern will play a key role in developing tools to more effectively incorporate the impact of climate change into natural hazard risk modeling, supporting AXA's proactive portfolio management. The intern will actively contribute to this effort by: Adapt the methodology for prospective natural risk modeling to all perils (storm, hail, drought, wildfire, flood) and geographic regions, calibrating the results of physical models using probabilistic approaches and integrating future climate scenarios. Conduct a scientific review on the impact of climate change for each peril and region studied.
