Position: Development & Production Assistant (6-Month Internship)
Location: Paris, France
Start Date: January
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Paris for a 6-month internship, assisting with daily development and production operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience and insight into the workings of a small, independent business.

Tasks include (but are not limited to):
* Support the preparation of upcoming collections by liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, and our Paris headquarters.
* Track and follow up on samples, PPS (Pre-Production Samples), material sourcing, MOQs, price negotiations, and more.
* Manage material stock and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* ​Conduct sustainable material sourcing and research, identifying innovative, eco-friendly alternatives that align with our brand values.
* Assist in maintaining production and development schedules to meet calendar deadlines.
* Keep detailed records of all samples received for development and production.
* Assist in logistics administration, including shipments and deliveries.
* Support the organization of material purchases and related accounting tasks.
* Run errands as needed to support ongoing projects.
* Communicate daily with the Design and Development team to ensure smooth workflow.
* Work independently and respond to queries in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintaining and updating the budget and payments files

Profil recherché

* You are motivated, mature, very organized and have a positive attitude.
* You have strong work ethics and love learning about footwear development.
* You are into details and know how to prioritize.
* You have good communication skills and are interested in fashion.
* You have a background in design or product and are very precise when dealing with deadlines. Excel is your best friend.
* You are able to anticipate issue and you're able to solve the problem quickly.
* Must be proficient in English. Portuguese is a plus.
* To have a driver's license is a plus
