With global assets under management of more than EUR29 billion, Five Arrows manages a series of funds dedicated to corporate and secondary private equity, multi-managers funds and co-investments, as well as broadly syndicated loans and direct lending.

Key Responsibilities
As a Compliance Intern under the supervision of the Five Arrows Compliance Officer, you will take part in a range of responsibilities and gain hands-on experience in compliance-related matters.
Your main tasks will include:
* Conducting regulatory watch on laws and regulations relevant to Five Arrows,
* Assisting with regulatory assessments (regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting memos),
* Supporting the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows compliance frameworks (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.),
* Contributing to the preparation of reports and assisting in the follow up of specific Group and Five Arrows compliance projects.

Candidate Profile
* Preferably holding a Master's degree in Law (or currently pursuing one), preferably with a focus on financial regulation,
* Certification in compliance, regulatory and/or AML CFT matters will be considered as an asset,
* Prior experience in compliance within a Management Company/AIFM is a plus,
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal,
* Integrity and professional ethics,
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills,
* Fluency in both French and English is required
