Stage Court Sales Assistant

Job Description:

To be part of a dynamic team and support the Sales Team in all aspects of the store and stock activities. To support in guiding the client into our world ensuring a unique experience in the store.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Welcome and serve the customer, supporting the delivery of an excellent in-store experience at all times
* Develop brand and product knowledge, based upon the training programme provided, as well as keeping up to date with the luxury environment and competitors.
* Support the sales team to deliver the Brand's selling ceremony, building client relationships through an individual approach and seeking sales opportunities.
* Support the sales team to maintain the sales floor and ensure our visual display is delivered to a high standard in line with Brand guidelines.
* Follow the Company operational guidelines, policies and stock procedures.

Passion for the shoemaking industry and affinity with the Brand
High sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Being able to work in team, as well as alone
Fluent spoken French and English expected
