To support the Corporate and Leveraged Finance (CLF) team in day-to-day business and projects - for a period of at least 4 months, preferably longer - we are looking for an

Corporate and Acquisition Finance Intern (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
* Preparation and production of pitch books mainly for corporate clients in liaison with other business lines, with possibility to work on LBOs depending on business needs
* Execution of financing transactions (due diligence, structuring, negotiations, termsheets and legal documentation, support to syndication/sales team for distribution…)
* Analysis of companies' business model, capital structure, financial policy
* Financial modelling, including cash flow analysis & financial projections
* Due diligence, primary risk assessment, analysis of transactions, preparation of credit applications, analysis of returns using internal profitability tools

Weitere Informationen

Your profile:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or related fields
* First experience in Corporate Finance would be preferable
* Knowledge of corporate finance and credit analysis
* Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work across all levels of the Organization
* Ability to analyse and summarise quantitative and qualitative information
* Eagerness to learn
* Teamplayer
* Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload
* Excellent language skills in English; German or any further languages would be a plus
