To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated working student or intern (m/f/d/x) who is enthusiastic about smartphones, Android and software testing. The position is based on activities related to the validation of smartphones, software releases and the technical support of test and work equipment.

Your tasks
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours. From 01.09.2026, you will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

* Carrying out tests and validations of new smartphones and software releases
* Verification of functions, stability and quality of mobile devices
* Carrying out software updates and flashing Android devices
* Analysis, documentation and tracking of errors and anomalies
* Preparation and maintenance of test documentation and test results
* Setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops and test equipment
* Installing and updating software, tools, and test environments
* Collaboration with developers, product managers and test engineers to continuously optimize device quality

Your profile
You are studying computer science, information technology, telecommunications, electrical engineering, a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

* Enthusiasm for smartphones, mobile technologies and software
* Basic technical knowledge of using smartphones and IT systems
* Structured, careful and independent way of working
* Very good German language skills as well as good written and spoken English
* Ability to work in a team, willingness to learn and initiative

Ideally, you also have:

* Knowledge of the Android operating system
* Experience with ADB (Android Debug Bridge) or log analysis
* First experience in software development or app programming
* Knowledge in the area of software testing or quality assurance
* Basic understanding of fault analysis and troubleshooting
