Asset Management Working Student

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Offshore O&M Asset Management team, supporting the OPEX Manager in key operational and financial activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the offshore wind industry, contributing to the performance of our assets currently operating in Baltic Sea. You will be involved in budget management, payment tracking, and production monitoring, playing an active role in ensuring the efficiency and success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in the follow up of redispatch, negative prices and outages events under OPEX Manager Supervision
* Lease with Data team to ensure accurate processing and validation of curtailments.
* Support in Invoice Processing: Provide support in the energy sales invoicing process, preparing the requested information to be reviewed by the OPEX Manager.
* Payment Monitoring: Track and oversee payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
* Contract Management: Support the creation and administration Purchase orders using the SAP Module.
* Transaction Support: Track and gather external expenses, documentation to elaborate economic liquidations.

Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Business Administration program
* Advanced proficiency in office tools.
* Experience with cost control and billing software (SAP/ERP).
* Knowledge of Power BI
* Additional languages: German and/or Spanish.
